How to send a LOG file to developers?

The easiest way to use the internal option of the program which locates the LOG file automatically, see below…

Please do the following to send your LOG file to us:

  1. Run the Outlook Transfer program…
  2. Click text menu Help then click “Open Log File Location” sub-menu
This will open the File Explorer window and LOG file will be selected. If the “Open Log File Location” sub-menu is disabled, it means that program can’t locate the LOG file.
  3. Enclose this LOG file to your reply email to our support

Note: Our software may generate two types of log files: the work log and activation log. If you want to send us the activation log, please find it in the same TEMP directory near to the work log file.

* – you may also want to pack your LOG file into ZIP archive if it is too big to be attached to the email.
